  • Christina Baldwin is an actor, singer, writer and director. She is the Artistic Director at the Jungle Theater where she has collaborated on numerous shows, both as an actor and as a director. Christina’s collaborations range from Shakespeare and contemporary plays, to musical theater and opera. An advocate of new work, she develops new musical theater and opera with Nautilus Music-Theater and serves as Artistic Associate, music director, creator and performer with The Moving Company. A collaborator with the Tony Award winning Theatre de la Jeune Lune for nearly 10 years, Christina co-adapted and performed the title role in their critically-acclaimed touring production of Carmen. She adapts and directs operas, has been a recording artist and vocalist with the Minnesota Orchestra, a writer/actor on NPR’s “Wits” and "A Prairie Home Companion,” and has lent her voice to animated short films by the Dutch filmmaker Rosto A.D.   • Alison Ruth is a director, dramaturg, and arts administrator in Minneapolis, MN. She is the BOLD Artistic and Advancement Associate at the Jungle Theater. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Grumble Theater, where she most recently directed Féminaal by Nina Morrison. Alison holds an MFA in Dramaturgy from the University of Iowa and a BA in English from New York University. She has worked with playwrights Nina Morrison, Sam Collier, Theresa Giacopasi, and Margot Connolly on numerous new and developing works. She was the 2017 recipient for the IRAM Award for Outstanding Work on New Plays at the University of Iowa.
